The B&B is located on the a rased floor of a two-storey house with private garden and has only two double bedrooms, one overlooking the canal and the other overlooking an internal courtyard. The bathrooms, one for each room, are equipped with a shower or of bathtub. 

The B&B is our home and does not have a reception. We therefore ask our customers to agree the arrival time which must not be after 8.00 pm. 

Check-out is required by 11:00. It is possible to leave your luggage in storage. 

Cats live in the house, but they do not have access to the guest rooms. 

The rooms have air conditioning. 

The breakfast served includes: bread, jam, butter, yogurt, fruit juice, fruit, cereals, muesli, cappuccino, milk, coffee, tea. Eggs, bacon, cheeses and cold cuts are not offered, because regional tourist rules do not allow it. 

I do not offer specific gluten-free or vegan products. 

At check-in you will be given a copy of the keys to enter the house, so that guests can be independent during their return times
